We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price for a clean, well-maintained room with mountains view. the staff was helpful and friendly. It was convenient to be close to the convention center; we enjoyed the Starbucks nearby for a more reasonably priced cappuccino and being away from the crowds in downtown. We appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms and their helpful staff.

The wifi was unreliable, making it difficult to use for important conference calls or checking important emails.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the spa and pool, which charged an additional fee of 30,000 KRW for 1 adult + 2 children. The price for the spa-only option was less than 20,000 KRW. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was very nice with a good selection and children ate for free. Also, the hotel was in a nice location which allowed a quiet stay away from the crowds in the downtown area.
